Amazing ending to an amazing Series. Do yourself a favor and READ THIS SERIES. - Especially if you like books with plot twists. I never know of Lois Lowry and never knew she was this amazing of an author. LOVED these books.
If you want a peek into what society can turn into if we don't behave and guard/protect our rights and liberties, then this series will show that vividly to you. It also does a great, between-the-lines exposé of human nature and how even though each book deals with "life situations" in a completely different manner, yet in the end the reader sees how very much we humans are alike after all and that at the center of our souls is the inherent desire and "pull" for love, freedom, and agency to choose for ourselves.
GREAT BOOKS! I wish they'd go on forever!
